Welcome to the

Doctors' Duplex

of Hospital Bautista in Guaimaca, Honduras!

Because of God's gracious provision through Samaritan's Purse and its supporters, we have been able to build this duplex, which consists of two apartment style lodging areas that comfortably hosts visiting doctors and medical staff from the United States.

These duplexes have already proven to be a huge blessing to the ministry and to the doctor's and their families that have previously visited. Before, visiting doctors would stay in the main dorm which is used to host large groups who come to serve.  Although the dorm accommodates many people, it lacks the privacy desired by many of the doctors and their families.

The duplexes not only provide doctors and their families with privacy, each apartment contains many amenities such as:

-three or two bedrooms

-one and a half baths

-family room area

-dining room area

-covered concrete patio/sitting area

-full kitchen with brand new state-side appliances*

   *microwave, dishwasher, full-size stove, full-size refrigerator, etc.

-access to a washer and drier inside the main dorm
